I would like to attend a four year college or university where I can obtain a Bachelors Degree in Forensic Science, while playing for that College's Women's Volleyball team. I am a good candidate for your team because I have always been willing and able to work hard to be the best athlete I can be for myself and my team. I am a teachable athlete who can easily adjust and follow my coach's instructions to excel.
Playing volleyball has been humbling for me. It made me work so much harder for my JV coach when I was overlooked for a spot on the Varsity team because I didn't have travel experience. My family wanted to put me in travel but couldn't due to the logistics. I have learned that overcoming adversity has made me a stronger person. When my family was able to afford me the opportunity to be on a travel team I made the most of it. I made every team I tried out for.
Supporting my team on and off the court means a lot to me so I always do my part. I will put forth the effort as a student and work hard to excel in my academics. We are all striving to make our team successful. I hate to lose more than I love to win, so I work very hard at winning.
