My Personal Statement
Hello, respected coaches!
I am a Varsity athlete in soccer, basketball and volleyball. As a current HS Junior, I have decided to focus my energy on the game of volleyball and am committed to a personal strength training regiment and individual lessons in addition to my 3 day/week travel practices and tournaments. While I have only played volleyball for 18 months, I love this game and have rapidly excelled in a short time due to my teachability and passion to improve. I realize I am just getting started in what I know will be a long journey of hard work and growth all the way through my college playing years. Because I believe in being spiritually grounded, mentally tough and physically tenacious, my greatest joy is being part of a team that is a volleyball community committed to personal, athletic and academic excellence, as we push each other towards common goals. My desire is to bring this passion and work ethic, along with my natural leadership skills, to a competitive college program.
