I have experience as a starting setter at high school , club & junior college level. I am a junior, business major at Texas A&M San Antonio, perusing my goal of becoming a project manager. I have found that my experience as a setter falls in line with project management. As setter, it is my responsibility to determine the best opportunity for success, by optimizing teammates skills, responding decisively & swiftly to opposition, providing leadership & adjusting the plan, when necessary, to accomplish goals.
