Personal Statement

I have always played volleyball, but I really got into it my 7th grade year. I joined a Club team my 8th grade year and have played on one ever since. I love volleyball and it's my dream to play in college. I am always open to improvement and guidance to become the best player I can possibly be. I try really hard to have no errors on the court and I'm very dedicated. My coach tells me that I am the "team motivator"; I try to always be positive and keep our team up no matter what the situation is. I'm a really hard worker and am a team leader. I believe in, and have confidence in any team that I am a part of. I would like to go to a college with a good medical program and a strong athletic program. I plan to either be a Sonographer or a Registered Nurse. I want to go on to play volleyball in college because it truly is a part of me and I give all that I have whenever I play. I put my whole heart on that court whenever I step on it. I strive to be an important part of the team as a player,to be a leader in everything I do, and make a difference. I want to have competition where it is the best for me and the team's needs. Volleyball is volleyball, I want to play at any level that is appropriate for me to be in.
