I won't stop working until I'm the greatest. I'm hard working on the court as well as in the classroom.
My freshman year I was moved up to Varsity and at 15 I was playing on a 17's National club team. Both Experiences were very humbling and made me a better person as well as a stronger volleyball player.
I transitioned from middle hitter to a six-rotation outside hitter. My vertical & zero tempo offense will catch them off guard as a Hitter & due to being a Six-rotation volleyball player; "I am as strong in the back row as I am in the front row". What makes me different from others is my Ethics, my Passion for the game & my Diversity; the ability to put me in ANY position is my strongest attribute. I have the versatility to attack, defend and pass at a high skill level. I can also hold my own as a "setter" which is a position I've never played before, but due to an ankle injury in the middle of my "Senior" Volleyball Year, my Club coach would only allow me to set at practices. Determined & not wanting to feel like a weak link, I became good at it. In my coach's words "I have good hands", so I am also our team (backup setter) for this Club season. I was officially Released to Play on January 1, 2017, and NOW I am back spiking, blocking, digging & doing what I love. I am very excited about this club season and I am looking forward to ONE day playing Volleyball at a College Level. I plan to major in psychology & long term I would Love to have the opportunity to play Volleyball overseas Hopefully ONE Day. Volleyball is more than just a passion it's my life.
