I aspire to play at the next level because of my passion for volleyball. I grew up playing just about every sport imaginable, therefore, I am a well-rounded athlete.
I have a loud court presence and, with previous setting experience I am skilled in using my hands at the libero position. I am a versatile player, for my height at the libero position, and with the help of beach volleyball.
My sophomore year my high school team went the TAPPS 5A final four. My junior year I started as Libero and led my team to another 3rd place finish in TAPPS 5A. In addition to volleyball, I am also a 3 year member of the St. Agnes Academy basketball team.
As well as my success on the court I love being an integral part of my high school and participant in fund raising with Pink Club, and organizing school pep rallies with the Spirit Club. In the classroom, I study hard and attend an academically challenging school, which I feel has prepared me well for college. I also volunteer in various Church activities and am currently Vice President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) at St. Agnes Academy.
Because of my love and passion for sports, I am interested in studying in the field of Sports Journalism/ Broadcasting.
