Madison (Paige) Lanam '16 Recruiting Profile

~~Hi, I am Madison Paige Lanam.  I love volleyball and have a passion for it.  From the sweaty, hard working practices to the thrilling heart desire to win volleyball games.  Volleyball is basically my life. Without it, I’d be a bump on a log.  It keeps me in shape, teaches me life lessons, and is another way to show and spread God’s love.  Besides volleyball, I am also involved an FCA officer, delegate for Calallen High School FFA,  Varsity Track, Varsity soccer, the Nueces County Livestock  show, youth ministry, CD parliamentary procedure and LDE-entomology teams for FFA and did competitive Irish Dancing for 7 years with the Irishfree School of Irish Dance in San Antonio, Texas and Glor Na Daire Irish Dance Academy.  I am a very hard worker, always up to give 110% at any time, and always glad to be on the court with a ball in my hand.  I wish to continually improve  my volleyball skills and to play collegiate volleyball someday!  My ultimate goal is to live out God's will for my life. Some of my most fulfilling experiences has been to work as a Core Team member at Still Water Sports Camp for the last three summers. It helped me to learn the value of serving others and helped me grow as a Christian. I am on pursuing a degree in communications or possibly human nutrition.
