Neelie Henson '28 Recruiting Profile

I have been told that I have every characteristic that a coach or employer would ever want. I am dedicated beyond words, I show up and I will give everything I have. I come across as shy, but in my element I am far from it! I am a true competitor who believes in being the best version of myself. I am the type of kid that if you tell me I can’t do something, I will take that and run with it just to prove you wrong and keep going just to leave no doubt. I have an unbelievable support system around me that will not allow me to settle for anything less than my best, and it has been instilled in me so much that they don’t have to hold me accountable anymore. I am a great friend and teammate. I love and care deeply for each of my teammates as if they are a sister. I want each and every person on the team to succeed and together we can conquer anything. I am currently apart of National Junior Honor Society, play school volleyball, basketball and track and have played club basketball and volleyball for many years. I am very dedicated to anything I am apart of. Being coachable and respectful is my number one asset on top of my skills.
