Personal Statement

I am a 5'5'' Senior Libero from Eugene, OR. I have 5 years of club volleyball experience with Webfoot Juniors and was a 2nd team league (5A) pick Junior year. I am a strong, durable, dependable player and I will push myself in every workout, practice, and game. I realize I have started this recruiting process late, but I still want to pursue playing competitive athletics and I am open to explore opportunities at all divisions. I am looking for a college that is in the west coast region and where I am able to further my interest in teaching. I am looking for a school that is in a suburban or urban environment. My dream is to experience collegiate volleyball where I can better my abilities, while getting a great education.

Worked on fitness level and all around strengthening. Off season I worked with my track coach (George Walcott)to build speed and endurance for Club and Track.

Are you in AP/IB classes?

Yes. I attend IHS (International High School) with in Churchill HS. Several of my core classes are IB which are equal to AP. IHS runs on semester and CHS now runs on trimester so grades run either every 12 weeks or 18 weeks. For this year I currently have a 3.44 with IB History of the Americas, IB Lit Amer, IB Pol/Econ and a College Now Pre-Calculus and my third year of French equals a college credit.
