 I would be a great attribute to your team because I have an immense passion and love for the game of volleyball. I am committed to work my hardest to play every ball up and deliver the best sets possible to my hitters. My volleyball I.Q is high which allows me to scan the court quickly and be in the correct position to return balls. This also helps me to set the ball to a place that I think will have a successful outcome. My coaches would attest to the fact that I am very athletic, coachable, a student of the game, and looked up to as a leader of my teams. In addition, I am a good communicator which allows me to run the team as I am able to point out holes to my teammates. Because of my speed and agility I am able to get to most balls. This is a key characteristic of both a setter and libero. A setter must be able to get to any ball no matter how bad the pass, and a libero must also be fast because they are expected to get to any shanked balls and keep them in play. I am the type of player who is able to rise to a higher level of play when faced with tough opponents, and enjoys having the ball in my hands at game point.
