I love the sport of volleyball because it challenges me and pushes me to be a better athlete. Volleyball allows me to set and achieve goals, be challenged, and enjoy sports all at the same time. I also love volleyball because it is a team sport. The six people on the court must work together and communicate in order to be successful.

My work ethic sets me apart from other student athletes. On and off the court I work hard. I continually strive to be a better volleyball player, but also a better student, musician, daughter, and sister. I am also able to balance various activities and manage my time effectively. I maintain good grades while playing sports and being actively involved in my community.

I would be a good addition to a college team because I am both dedicated and loyal. I push myself and my teammates to work and be the best they can be. I am also vocal on the court and strive to be a leader.
