Kara Foreman '17 Recruiting Profile

I love volleyball and have since I first played on my school team in 7th grade.  Coaches tell me that I am easy to coach, a natural athlete, hard worker and a quiet leader who leads by my work ethic, encouragement to others and by helping younger players on my team.  I enjoy school and work hard to keep my grades at the honor roll level, even though I usually play three seasons of school sports plus club volleyball.  I have played club volleyball since 7th grade, this past season I was selected as team captain.  I also play basketball and softball, on the basketball team I am a team captain and play post.  I love winning and work very hard to help my team in anyway I can. 

I want to attend a smaller college somewhere in the Southwest or Midwest as I have family in both areas.  I am also very interested in attending a Christian college, at this time I am leaning toward either a degree in the health services or business. 

In the summer I work a PT job for a local business that works with government contracts in New Mexico and nationwide, attend church camp and a VB camp at New Mexico State University which is in my hometown.
