My goal is to find a college that will provide me with the education and experience that will allow me to be successful in this very challenging and competitive world. Playing volleyball in college would be an honor and also a privilege to continue playing the sport I love.

I started playing sports since I was in Kindergarten, including soccer, basketball, tennis, softball, and horseback riding.  My first exposure to volleyball was in 6th grade and I fell in love with it.  I love the pace and competitiveness of the game, and how it truly takes a team effort to be successful.  I'm often described as the "calm and cool" player on the team.  As a setter, I feel it's important to always remain focused and not get too emotional.  I enjoy the competition and always put my best effort in, win or lose.  I believe I have the discipline, drive and dedication to be a valuable asset to a team.
