Lydia Goebel '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a very determined student athlete. My love for the sport of volleyball combined with my focus and hard work for academics go along easily together.  Because of volleyball, I've been able to focus on getting into a rigorous school academically and it has pushed me towards finding the right major that I want to pursue in.  With a GPA of 4.5, my options for college are pretty open, and I am primarily leaning towards a science or math degree. I am still undeclared but am definitely shooting for a school that will challenge me. Only playing competitive volleyball for four years has benefited me in so many ways.  My leadership qualities have become evident as well as my abilities to be there for my teammates no matter what the situation is. I look forward to finding the right college for me and I can't wait to see where all of my hard work and dedication takes me!
