My goal is to continue on and be able to play college volleyball because it is a big part to who I am and it involves everything that I have come to love.Ii have been playing on my varsity team since my sophmore year. I was ranked second as a sophmore and have continued to recieve state recognized awards. During my sophomore year my coach ran a 5:1 on the court. My stats for this season as the starting setter broke school records, 999 for the season. My assists per set hold school record also, 9.02 per set. The past two seasons my coach has been running a 6:2 and my stats are still strong, assists per set are 5.62 for my junior year. My digs per set for my junior year are 1.70 percent. My career holds a record at Flathead High School 2167 assists, 6.3 assists per game. My serving percentage is .911, I had 109 aces .317 aces per game. When my coach started running a 6:2 I ended my career with 555 digs, 1.61 per game. I played in 344 games, started all of them! I'm not set on one type of college, I am leaning toward wanting to go into an engineering program. The engineering program I would like to pursue is environmental, but that isnt a definate yet. I am willing to play anywhere as long as I get to play, I know that I will bring a strong leadership role to the court, as many who have watched me play tell me that they can see that I set the pace for my team and they all follow my lead. I hope to go for any type of scholarship because it would help me be able to continue on with my education into college. Volleyball has become a huge part to my life and i would like to incorperate it into my college experience.
My travel team is the Montana Volleyball Academy, and I am the setter for this team. We have had a great successful season so far. We just made our bid to the Junior Olympics, which we will be traveling to the end of June. This was a big goal for me and my team, and we are very excited to be traveling to the olympic games!
