Volleyball has been a passion of mine since my freshman year which is when I started playing. Before that, I was a gymnast for close to 10 years but when I started getting way too tall for it, and my dreams of being a college gymnast began to slip I had to make a switch and I chose volleyball. I learned quick and made my high school varsity team my sophomore year. I won the most improved player award my freshman year and won the MVP varsity player my sophomore and junior year for my high school team. I also was an All Conference winner my junior year. In between high school seasons I played JO's at M1 and this past year we ended up placing very well at Nationals in Orlando, FL, earning 8th place out of the 71 teams in our division. I would love to continue my volleyball career into college, DII being my first choice, but I'm also very willing to play DIII.
