Paris Smith '17 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball about 5 years ago.   My approach vertical is 26 inches, so everyone loves watching in hit.  I am known for being able to hit the ball straight down, which kills the ball.  One of my teammates parents nicknamed me Paris "Kill"ton!   My freshman year of high school I started on the JV team as a Right Side hitter.  Then played varsity these last 2 years.  This year I made All Conference and I was the leader in Kills on the team. I switched JO clubs this season and made the 16-1 team at MN Select!  They want me to play Outside Hitter, so I am excited to develop my skills hitting on the left.  By the time I get to college, I will have played, Middle, Right and Outside!

My academic goals are to attend college and study Marketing, Graphic design or Interior Design.  

My athletic strengths:  Hitting, Blocking, quick on my feet and ability to jump.

My academic strengths:  Math, Science and English
