I love the game of volleyball! I have found being a setter is challenging both physically and mentally. I am the "quarterback" of the team, calling plays, making quick decisions that can impact a game. I feel one of my strengths is my ability to focus under pressure and make setting choices that have positive results for my team.
I was in first grade when my sister began her college career at a Division II school, pre-med biology major and a volleyball player. I grew up in a gym! I knew at a young age that I would not only play volleyball, but adore the competition, set goals for myself to meet or exceed my sister's successful career. Thankfully, under good coaching direction and club opportunities I'm on my way!
I look forward to the continued challenge of a college career academically and athletically.
My goal is to be part of a volleyball program that challenges me to be the best player I can be. I am a hard worker, competitive, and very motivated.
