Madie Kroehler '16 Recruiting Profile

My goal for college is to find an environment that promotes both growth and learning. I hope to a find place that is capable of creating this environment both on and off the volleyball court. I want an education that will challenge me to push myself and will prepare me for the future.  My love for challenges and my understanding of the immense amount of hard work and effort it takes to over come them is one of the many reasons I want to play college volleyball. I strive for excellence in everything that I do, with the knowledge that it will get me closer to reaching my goals. I try to keep a positive attitude in all aspects of my life and I always try to show that on the court, because it tends to bring my teammates together. I was quick to realize early on in my volleyball career that regretting mistakes gets you nowhere. Being able to take a lesson from those past mistakes and use it to improve future situations is something I strive for in all aspects of my life, but especially on the volleyball court.
