My name is Olivia Burton. I am a two varsity sport high school junior at Williamston HS in Michigan. I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 years old. I have 4 years of club experience.
As a student, I have taken a challenging class load all through school including AP classes. I am currently a member of the Williamston Math & Science Academy, Business Professionals of America and National Honor Society. I am a positive person and teammate, but am also driven and competitive. I push myself in everything I do. I am looking for the right balance between academics and sports, and the character building that challenging classes and the commitment of playing at the next level will provide. I currently have a 3.95 GPA and scored 1280 (Math, Reading) on the SAT in my first attempt. I enjoy science and am looking at both Forensic Pathology and Conservation fields as programs to study in college.
I am playing club volleyball on Attack National Black 17U coached by Kevin McMillan. We have tournaments remaining this club season in Detroit, Plainfield IN, Grand Rapids MI, and Chicago.
