Going into my senior year, I have been looking at what colleges have to offer and I have toured several campuses. I have been studying American Sign Language in high school and want to choose a career path where I can teach or translate. While I'm undecided on my major, I know that my minor will be in American Sign Language perhaps as an educator or counselor. I am determined to work toward my goal by staying focused and playing volleyball at the collegiate level. I started playing volleyball when I was eleven years old and it has been a motivation and passion of mine ever since. I am a hard worker both on and off the court. My academic success is the most important focus when choosing a university, and through my volleyball career, I have learned that success takes hard work. The opportunity to work hard on the court while earning my degree is one that I do not take lightly. I am proud of my accomplishments both athletically and academically because they are a reflection of the effort I put into them. I look forward to talking with coaches about opportunities on campus and taking some guided tours to help guide me to the best fit for my college career.
