Emily Meng '13 Recruiting Profile

I played NCAA I volleyball this past fall and lead the Horizon League in assists as a freshman and recorded a 10.11 ave/s.  I have a 3.0 GPA after my first semester and am looking to advance my skills with another team.  (NCAA Release to contact attached)

I am a committed student-athlete with an whatever it takes attitude. I helped lead Lawrence North High School 27-7 record, my senior year, beating for the first time in school history the states biggest volleyball champions. During my senior year i had 1055 assists, setting a school record for most assist in a season and also setting the school record as all time assist leader. I recorded 62 blocks 70 kills, and 185 digs. I was an all-state honoree and the setter for the Indiana All-Star South team. I have also been honored as an inductee into the Lawrence North High School Athlete Hall of Fame.
