2015 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Emily Decker and I am a junior, class of 2017. I am 6 foot 1, and I play middle for both my high school and club teams. I attend Elkhart Central High School where I was the starting middle on the varsity team this past fall.
I have been on a club volleyball team since fourth grade and I am beginning my fourth season of being part of a national level team. I am on the 18s National team for Kaepa Krush and we are very excited to begin competing. I am very determined to play collegiate volleyball at the highest level possible. I would like to major in Athletic Training so that I can combine my love for sports with helping people.
I am at the top of my class with a weighted gpa of 4.46. I am in all honors classes and participate in the Student Athletic Council and the Rotary Exchange Service Club in my community. I am also a member of the National Honor Society. I look forward to hearing from you and playing on your team.
