My name is Alexandria Lambros and I graduate in 2015. I play for the varsity volleyball team at Oak Forest High School in Oak Forest, IL. I also play for Celtic Force Volleyball Club in Palos Heights, IL. I have played volleyball for eight years making the starting lineup for six of them. I am 6’2” and weigh 145 pounds. I have been selected MVP & All-Conference for the last two years. I have always dreamed of playing volleyball on a collegiate level.
As a sophomore, I played middle hitter for the varsity team. I also have a 3.8 GPA. I am currently ranked 66 in my class of 368 students. I scored a 22 on my ACT’s.
I am a great teammate, with a funny personality, light heartedness and positive attitude. I work really hard in the gym, push myself to improve daily and I have really learned how to do all of that while keeping a good outlook. As for my greatest strengths, my jump, size and quick feet and agility are among my top strengths. All of these things athletically help me to excel on the volleyball court and will continue to help better my game. I come through in clutch situations for the team, take bigger swings resulting in harder hit kills.
