Sydney Cooley '13 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coaches

My name is Sydney Lauren Cooley, a 5'7" junior from Hiram, Georgia. I have 3 years of club volleyball experience with VolleyOne and PushOne. I am an outside hitter, but have also played middle and rightside. For both high school and club, I was a starter and was named team/floor captain for my club team (16U). I was also named to All Area 1st Team and All Area Honorable Mention Team, in addition to being the Most Valuable Player for club (16U). Currently, I have a 3.3 GPA, however, I plan to increase my GPA to at least a 3.5 prior to graduation in 2013. I believe my teachers/coaches would describe me as hardworking, determined, focused, ideal student and coachable.


My goal is to attend a university/college in the southeast United States, where I am able to pursue a career in childhood education/business and to participate in a highly competitive collegiate volleyball program. Wherever I choose to attend college, I am committed to perform well as a student and athlete.
