My name is Shaina Boal, and I am a rising sophomore at Grand Terrace High School in Southern California. I played on the junior varsity volleyball team this past season (2017) and was promoted up to the varsity team for CIF. Some of my other extracurricular activities include hanging out with my friends and family and volunteering with the local little league. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and am enrolled in the Healthcare pathway at my high school. I plan to major in Nursing with an emphasis in neonatal intensive care.
I play club volleyball at Inland Valley Force Volleyball Club. Although I'm only 15 years old, I was selected to play on the 17's team and have been utilized as the team's setter.
I would be a great candidate for any team because of my leadership skills both on and off the court, and my hard working attitude. I am a highly competitive player who will push my teammates and myself to become better. What sets me apart from other recruits is my coachable attitude, my determination, and my work ethic to be a great volleyball player and student athlete.
