Personal Statement
I am a 5'1" senior libero from Burbank, CA. I have 9 years of volleyball experience, two of which were with Burbank Volleyball Club and one year with San Gabriel Roshambo. This past season, I was also awarded 2nd Team All League. I currently have a 4.40 GPA in my senior year.
I now understand that recruiting can start as soon as 7th grade and I apologize for starting late, but I want to continue my dreams in playing competitive volleyball and willing to participate in all divisions. I am hoping to attend a university that specializes in engineering. I have always known math was my true passion since I was little and I even thought about becoming an accountant or architect in middle school. However, once I started high school, I started to dream of becoming a forensic scientist, but eventually I came across engineering. I have lived in California practically my entire life and have grown up with family near by so I hope to attend a college within California. I would love to attend a college that will help challenge my academic ability and has a good atheltics department.
