Kali Iago '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello,  my name is Kali Iago.  I aspire to go to college and to earn a Bachelor's degree.  I am currently undecided in what I would like to major in.

Volleyball is a passion for me, although I would like to consider myself a fairly well rounded person, due to my mind set of being open to trying new things. I would consider myself different from the rest of my peers, due to my positive attitude and caring demeanor.  

I strongly believe in working hard at being the best at all tasks given on and off of the volleyball court.   Whether it's sitting on the bench and cheering on your team, making the time to connect with your team mates, or being on the court in a game giving it your all. This is an easy thing for many athletes to say but I was fortunate enough to have a coach who believed, not only in building a volleyball team but building the character in each individual. Being a 3 year starter on varsity and a captain for my senior year of high school made me very goal oriented and responsible, which will carry on to my college career and beyond.
