I would like to try and attend a medium to big school, after my high school years, hopefully in the medical profession and on the East Coast, but anywhere is fine. Volleyball has always fascinated me and I would like to keep on playing in college for the competition and the camaraderie. College is a place to fully express oneself, I would love to be able to do that with a sport I enjoy.
On the court I am a team player, supporting my team as well as myself in games; an intelligent player, by watching not only the ball but the people to predict where the ball is going; and a Versatile player, by being able to play most of the positions, if not all of them, on the court with my fullest effort and commitment.
My character has developed over time based on my experiences as a younger child and every moment afterward. My past as a younger child was pretty rough, but even though it was hard for myself as a child it has taught me how to appreciate everything I have and to support the ones I love, my childhood has also taught me resilience and persistence on and off the court. During my time on the court, many different qualities help me play to my fullest. With myself being left-handed helps with my skill exponentially. On the court I hustle to get about every ball, using my speed and my competitiveness. Off the court I focus on my school work in my honors and AP classes.
After my school years, I would love to be with a medical degree with a job at a hospital. During these years I would like to settle down and maybe coach younger kids on how to play volleyball and the wonders that come out of it.
