Hello, my name is Courtney Laliberte. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and attend Liberty High school in Peoria. My club team I play for this season is, Arizona Sky 17 1s GOLD.
What I love about volleyball is the competitiveness and the challenges that come with it. What I do best with teammates is keeping them focused on set goals and help the team to stay positive when emotions run low.
I have strong leadership skills and open communication. I am coachable, and listen well to instructions when given.
My strengths are quick on defense, making sure that blocks are closed, hitting vulnerable spots and I have a quick arm swing. I make smart decisions on plays, and I'm aggressive and take risks.
I'm competitive and want to be pushed harder. I will work hard and put my best effort forward for my coaches and teammates.
My work ethic in volleyball is as well as it is in High school. I will make sure that I keep my grades high and nothing below a B. My education is a priority to me because I'm interested in the medical field as a firefighter or paramedic. Knowing I'm hands on and work well under pressure.
I'm looking at all schools big or small with a respectable education. My goals in college is to maintain a solid GPA and become a better volleyball player.
Thank you for your interest in me, Courtney Laliberte
