Katelin Jensen '15 Recruiting Profile

My dream is to play volleyball at the collegiate level.  I am currently a Senior at Maricopa High School; involved in AP and honors classes. As for my major, I am still trying to decided.  I strive to do my best on and off the court.  I have always been very athletic. When I was very young, I competed in soccer, swim team, and junior rodeo.  I played (soccer) for approximately five years, swim team for two years, and rodeo from when I was six years old until seventh grade. When I stepped on that volleyball court in sixth grade, I was addicted. I play all year round; high school and club volleyball.  The current club team I am playing for is Az Heat Volleyball Club, I started playing for them when I was in eighth grade. 

My strongest position is libero, but I am willing to play in any position that will help my team and utilize my skills. I have a strong jump serve and great defense. I try to be a great role model to the younger players and peers, while also doing everything I can to make my family and friends proud.
