Volleyball has taught me to be highly competitive and disciplined. I place a high value on my teammates and my coach. I have been playing indoor volleyball for 6 years and sand volleyball for 1 year. I am interested in either an indoor or sand volleyball position in a highly competitive collegiate volleyball program. The positions I have played have been OH, Opposite, Libero and MB. I have excellent ball control, good on court vision, and strong both offensive and defensive.
I am currently captain of my 17 open team and was captain of my high school varsity team. I have an excellent work ethic that has been reflected in both my volleyball and my academics. I have been a starter for 3 years in high school and the past 4 years in club. My club coach Marc Townsend can rely on me to be a strong leader on the court and a positive influence for my teammates. I am currently on the RPM/Sand silver elite team and compete year round in sand volleyball in both Arizona and California. The director of both my indoor and sand club is AVP player Ryan Mariano. I am fortunate to have been exposed to some of the best coaching available in my state. I finished the high school season as a stat leader for hitting, aces, and kills, among Division 1 Schools in the state of Arizona. I received an honorable mention from the AIA for 2014-15 Division 1/ Section 1 AZ varsity volleyball.
