Personal Statement

I love my team. I love my coach. My strength and success come directly from their support. I joined track in middle school and immediately benefited from the bonding and support of my team. As a senior, I'm the leader now, and I hope to pass my experience on to new team mates and push them to be their best. Running is a competitive sport, but it is also motivational to keep going to reach your goals. Without my involvement in Track and XC, my multiple academic and athletic accomplishments may not have been achieved.
