2017 Highlights Personal Statement
I'm looking for a university and a track program that I can thrive in and one that recognizes my collegiate potential. I have improved every year since I started and I am excited to see how good I can become. Last year I raced the 1600 only a couple times and got a time of 5:15. I am planning on focusing on the 1600 this upcoming season and am excited to see what I can do. I want to be part of a family team environment and be part of a team that values me. Academics are also very important to me and being a part of a involved and motivated community is a big factor for me. I am ready and excited to take this next step in my life and look forward to being part of a team throughout my college experience.
