"You don't know me, but you will", I dream about the day that I'm going to throw 160 feet. I know that when track season comes, I'm going to be ready. My goals for the up and coming track season are to run a 12.7 or faster in the 100m, throw the javelin at least 145ft, throw the shot put 35ft, and try long jump as well as the 200m.
Since I first stepped on the track, Its been easy for me. I've got the natural ability that has allowed me to go to state with a half-hearted effort. Since that day I've known what I want to do these next few years, run track at the collegiate level.
I am a team leader and try to lead by example, constantly striving to be the very best, weather its tutoring for math, private lessons, or getting up at 4:50 am to make it to crossfit before school, I won't quit and encourage my team to join me.
In the classroom, I study hard and take the most rigorous classes offered at my school, including a U.W. English class that we will receive full credit for. I also volunteer at the local rest home and am currently a member of FBLA(Future Business Leaders of America) and Knowledge Bowl.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the track. I'm open to all options and want to make the best decision for my athletics as well as my academics.
