My running career started when I was 8, I ran a 10 miler in Charlottesville, Va. Then in middle school I would run the Hersey track meets in which I was a sprinter. In 8th grade I moved to the JV track team at Wilson, the people I met their inspired me to become a runner and to run Cross Country. Along with running the 800 and the mile I strive to be the best role model I can. I am the first athlete on the track and the last one the leave, I never leave anyone behind.
Outside of the track, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I volunteer at my local church and at the SPCA. This past year I helped run a JV track meet and I plan on doing it again next year.
I want to attend a college that meets my academic goals and be able to push myself running also. I am open to all options and I want the college to help me strive to become a better person too. I hope to become a great role model and help you meet your goals for your Track or Cross Country teams.
