I love running with a passion and work hard / give my best effort. I run high miles throughout the season, my highest being 80 miles in a week. This is my third year being a team captain for Cross Country (Sophomore through Senior years), and I love motivating teammates to work hard as well. I have done many long runs throughout this Cross Country season, my farthest being a 16.5 miler. I set high goals and work my hardest to achieve them. I want to run in college because I want to experience what it's like to be at a collegiate level where everyone's serious about running, and be on a team with other girls who work as hard as I do. I also hope to achieve many personal goals and improve my times further. I keep a blog of my running at sarahsargent.fastrunningblog.com
