Scholastically, I want to fulfill my general education requirements and then get accepted to X-ray school so I can work my way into being an Ultrasound Technician. I'm excited to learn and look forward to the wide variety of academic challenges I will find at the collegiate level. I am a diligent and interactive student. I'm interested in study abroad programs because I love to travel. I would like to go on a medical service tour sometime during my academic career. I believe in giving back to the community what I learn. I don't take for granted opportunities that I am given. I appreciate the process and the results.
I want to continue my athletics in track because it's something I love to do. I want to learn how to be a more proficient hurdler. Track has helped me learn so much in life and has made me enjoy a challenge. I would work hard to be the best I could be and do what I love most. I enjoy helping others around me, as well as myself, improve in academics and athletics. When push comes to shove, I am always willing and ready to put forth my best effort for myself and my team. I am able to lead or to follow depending on the needs of the team. I like to work hard and I am willing to give it my all. I want to continue to increase my knowledge and work ethic with the help from people who know more than my small town can teach me in my hurdling and running technique. Virtue, honesty, fortitude, and reliability are the hallmarks of my character. I feel I would be a valuable asset to any team if given the chance.
