I look forward to attending college and furthering my education and I hope to be able to continue playing sports and would love the opportunity to be college athlete. I am a hard worker, have a good attitude and I am very coachable. I work hard to try and better myself in everything I do. I run track and play soccer in high school all while maintaining a 3.97 GPA. I feel my education is very important and I work hard to maintain good grades and push myself in the kinds of classes I take. I have been a member of the National Honor Society all through high school.
As a track athlete my favorite events are the 100 Hurdles and the Long Jump but I have also competed in the 300 Hurdles as well as the 4x100 and Medley Relays and am looking forward to throwing the Javelin next year. My Junior year I took 3rd in the 3A State Championships in the 100m Hurdles and was invited to compete in the Great Southwest Classic Track Meet in New Mexico. There I competed in the Shuttle Hurdle Relay, the Long Jump and the 100 Hurdles. I have been part of my high school State Champion Track and Soccer teams. I have also been part of the State 2nd place teams in both Track and Soccer.
I love to be involved in school events and have been a student body officer for 2 years. I get along with others and try to live my life to the fullest. I am very competitive and always push myself to be better, stronger and faster. I think I would make a great addition to any college team and look forward to having the opportunity.
