India Simmons '16 Recruiting Profile

It is my aspiration in life to continue running track beyond high school and one day even beyond college. I feel that running track has really shaped my character and defined me into the person I am today. And it is for that reason why I strive to make the most out of each season and push myself and run my best in each race. I feel that due to the fact based on how much I push and personally motivate myself is why I would make a good selection for any team interested in me- I never quit or stop trying to improve myself, on the track or off, including in my studies. I strive to maintain the highest grades I can and stay in the top ten percent of my class. The same amount of perseverance and dedication I apply to track is the same amount that I apply to my studies. I aspire to go far in track, and plan on continuing to work hard, both on the track and off, until I reach the goals I've set out for my life.
