Hello, my name is Deonzha Jackson. I go by many names but you can call me Deedee. I am an upcoming athlete and just like ever other athlete I have pros and cons. My pros are that I am hard working and teachable if I can't get it right I'm not going to stop till I do. My dad told me that I am the reason he likes track. I make high B's and A's. I am goofy and fun loving. I know to turn serious at the drop of a dime. I'm a giving person my friends would say that I care and give to much. In open minded and kind hearted. Running track gives me peace. It's as if everytime I set up in blocks and the caller says "runners take your mark....set....go" I push off and give it my all. Running track helps me sort things out because I do not want to resource to violence. I started running when i was in the 7th grade and ever since then track has been the reason to go hard in school, touse my words instead of my hands, to become friends with people from all over. I never thought that I would take track this far but I felt it in my heart. whereever your heart is your home. Track and Field makes me feel at home. Does not matter what school I go to. Just as long as I am running track. My cons are that people can say I seem as if I gave it my all and if I dont feel the same I shut down and practice until the next meet comes around. Once that meet comes around I will not stop fighting until I am satisfied.
