Track and Field has become a real influence on my life. Teaching me independence, responsibility, personal respect and the aspect to work well with others have made me apart of who I am. I began this sport when I was 8, suggested by my parents and became fascinated with it from there. From this sport I have learned you have to work hard for anything you want to achieve in life, and in that I push myself in every aspect of my life. Having a close nit family really brings the best out of me. Always having someone to depend on and allowing me be who I am ,created the person I am with a bubbly personality. Many academic goals I will continue to achieve throughout my high school year is to continue being in the top 10% of my class ,and to be taking all AP and Dual Credit by my Junior and Senior year. For college I plan to major in the Liberal Arts department, and continue to work hard in any classes I take. For me to get where I am was an obstacle in both Track and Field and in my day to day life. Because I do give away a lot of my free time to my many devotions I am always busy and my not always have time for my friend. Some unique characteristics about me are that I love working with children and peers, and also find that math comes fairly easy to learn. Also having done many activities when I younger such a dance, cheerleading, basketball, piano, choir, and gymnastics has made me diverse with different skills and helped me develop into the person I am right now.
