I'd like to announce that I have been offered to attend and run track & field and cross country at Jackson State University!!! I am very excited about the opportunity to run at an amazing university at the collegiate level. I would like to thank all coaches who have shown in interest in me. This has been a wonderful experience and I am very blessed to have the opportunity to continue to run since it's been a passion of mine since I was 8 years old. Go Tigers!!
I've always been passionate about sports ever since I first started competing in them. Ever since I was little, track was always my main sport, it was always the one I believed I was the best at. I always dreamed of competing in the collegiate level in track if it was plausible. I am very dedicated to the sport and am willing to make sacrifices to better my running. This year I did five sports and still maintained a 4.0 GPA and next year, I am cutting sports just so I can concentrate solely on track. I am in NHS, currently taking college classes, and was the Youth of The Year at the BGCA my freshmen year. I am ranked #10 in my class and am pretty easy going, if someone tells me to do something to help improve my running or time, I'll listen and do it.
