I have competed in track for 4 years, and have always had a passion for running. My goals for track this year are to qualify in the long jump,100, 200, and 400 meter dash; and collect championships in all three running events also placing high in long jump. I would like to further extend my goals by being awarded South Dakota's State Class "B" track MVP. For future goals, I would like the opportunity to further my track career and participate in college track. If I were presented with this opportunity I would like to run in Division 2 and possibly Division 1 schools.
I realize that doing collegiate sports is not only about the sports, but is also about being a student as well. Therefore, I am interested in studying Physical Therapy while I attend college. I know this can be somewhat of a difficult study path, but I am looking forward to the challenge it will present to me.
