Megan Sandmeier '12 Recruiting Profile

I have been involved with track for 5+ years and have really enjoyed it. I have become a more competitive, motivated, and dependable person because of track and field. I am looking forward to continue on to the next level, and to work hard to become successful at the NAIA or division two level. During my high school career, I have won multiple conference and region titles in a wide variety of events, placed 3rd at the state meet in long jump, and won two state titles in the triple jump. I have also made it to state in relays and the 200. Not only do I want to continue with my love for the sport, but am looking for financial assistance. With my mom being a teacher, dad being a farmer, and me being unemployed -due to the involvement in high school athletics- money is an issue. If my marks on the track and my academic achivement in the classroom could aid me to getting an exceptional college education that will benefit me later in life, I will work hard to receive that!
