Thank you coaches for looking at my profile, I appreciate your contacts and the interest that you have shown.  It has been a great process.  

I love to run. I love working/practicing with the team. When someone beats me it makes me push myself harder on the next run. I love good competition so I can bring out the best in myself. I belive in a strong team and Tempo Runs and long thresh hold paces, and sundays off. also cross training (swimming) is a big thing for me also. I think the thing that really hooked me on running was the team. They are like my second family I actually spend more time with them than I do with my actual family. I love running in the cold weather. Hills are my strong point. They are fun for me!! I try to not redline at the top!! my goal for this up coming season is to set a higher high school record with a PR of 17:48. For our XC team to be ranked national. And maybe go to Foot Locker Nationals individually.. I really believe in the coaches in what coaches tell me. My coach has charts and graphs of what doctors who have run tests on major runners and we can look at those charts and almost be exactly on with our times for 400 1000 2 mile and the 5k. This also makes me come to practices everyday also when i have a PR even if its not a big PR we get PR pops i know you could just drive to the dollar store and buy a big bag but when you get one this way you feel you have earned it. I love coming to pracitce and seeing my coaches smile... :-)
