I believe in running. It has been my motivation and passion since seventh grade. I became addicted to the "runner's high" and accomplishing my goals. Though, I see my self as a natural born runner and competitor, I am very interested in learning new techniques and perfecting my form. I aspire to be the best college athlete God created me to be. I run with a purpose and with a positive attitude. I see myself as a leader within my team and an encourager. My goal is to run at a college level and push my body to new limits. I have a passion for journalism and the environment and hope to pursue a degree within those subjects. I am also very interested in the visual arts. The Peace Corp is my ultimate goal after college. Basically, running is my outlet. It is my motivation to stay healthy and compete for perfection. Running is more than a sport; it is a peace in a hectic world.
