As a collegiate student athlete, my goal will be to finish school with a degree within my prospective school in African American studies. My aspiration would be to compete competitively in woman's track through all four years as a student athlete. My drive, passion, and enjoyment of competing in woman's track and field makes me a good candidate for my prospective school. My charter has been described as easy to get along with, funny, and teachable. My coaches commended me on my willingness to learn, and being receptive to constructive criticism. Although my current GPA does not reflect my academic capabilities as a student athlete, I am currently working with tutors, teaches, coaches , and peers to improve my grades. I do know my academic abilities will need to stand out as much if not more than my athletic abilities.
