Personal Statement
I am 4'11", a sprinter from Durham, North Carolina from Durham School of the Arts. I will graduate in June 2010. I have 10 years of track and field club experience with Durham Striders Track Club. I have been awarded Most Valuable Player and the Coach's Award my previous years in high school.
I am interested in a university where I can obtain a degree in sports therapy or physical education. I would like to attend a university close to home, Durham, North Carolina with a great track and field team, coaches, and education program. I would like to have an impact on the team and contribute to there achievements. I am also, interested in historically black schools.
