As I'm going into my senior year as a track athlete, my ultimate goal is to make it to a division 1 track school. Over the years I have set and achieved goals to help me be a division 1 athlete. Through hard work and dedication, in season and out of season, I have reached these goals. Through the help of coaches and family I have acquired what it takes to be part of a division 1 program. Progressing season to season with new PR's every year. Both in the circle and out of it I am a well-rounded scholar athlete with a average of constant high honors. Academically, I have set my standards high which has helped me be a hard-worker with track and field. As a college athlete I am looking to enter as a high-performing member of your team. I hope to continue to reach higher goals and reach the highest possible championships available. I am willing to put in anything in order to reach these goals. My first priority of the college experience will be academics and athletics. I'm looking to set high standards for myself and do whatever's possible to achieve them. By the end of my college career I am looking to throw 55+ feet in the shotput and 175+ feet in the discus. These goals would put me as part of the top athletes in the country. Thats exactly what Im looking for as a division 1 athlete, and will do anything to be that. Also, as I enter college athletics new sports are introduced as options in throwing. I am willing to work towards new events. I am an easy learner and hard worker overall. I hope that I will be well suited for division 1 college athletics.
